Westhaven Gardens' intimate private chapel is nestled in the centre of a 10½ acre rural property in the peaceful countryside just 10 minutes from the outskirts of Christchurch, in the South Island of New Zealand.

Westhaven’s chapel is available for:-

• civil union ceremonies

• vow renewals

• naming ceremonies

• any other special event

Westhaven Gardens' Chapel is set amongst 2½ acres of young country garden and includes a heart shaped bed of red and white roses in front of the chapel, a native border, parkland and a dinosaur garden named after the ginkgo biloba in the centre of the upper lawn. Camellias, rhododendrons, dogwoods and flowering cherries enclose three sides of the chapel.

The tranquil rural setting offers many different and interesting photo opportunities either as part of your special event or for a family portrait or photos to mark special occasions for your family, club or group.
