Q. Can I order shoes to meet
my specific needs/wants?
A. Yes! You can change the
size, heel height, colour and material of
nearly any model you see
online.
All custom orders take 8-10 weeks to deliver, and there
are no refunds on these.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of
receipt of merchandise as long
as the shoes have not been worn or
damaged.
Keep in mind that exchanging for another custom order will
take another 8-10 weeks.

Q. Can I make changes or cancel an order that has already
been confirmed?
A. Yes if you contact us within 24
hours of submitting your order.
Q. When can I expect to
receive my order?
A Shoes in stock will be sent within
2 business days once your payment has been cleared.
Custom orders take 8-10 weeks to deliver.
You will be advised
at the time of ordering if your shoes are in stock.

Q. What forms of payment can I use online?
A. We accept cash and bank transfers - please contact me for bank account details.
Q. What are the shipping options?
A We use NZ post for all domestic and international orders. All orders are sent from within NZ: Prices within
NZ
- Within NZ (1-3 days): $6 (free postage with orders of 2 pair or
more)
- Australia (2-6 days): $15
- UK/Europe
(3-7 days): $50 (yikes...hope you don't want them in a hurry!) or 5-10 days:$22 (a much better deal!)
Q. Will I have to pay any duties or taxes
when shipping internationally?
A. Every country has
a different system and set of rules for imported goods.
MyShoetopia is not responsible for any duties and taxes that
are incurred.
It is the sole responsibility of the recipient of the merchandise.
MyShoetopia is not responsible
for the delay of shipping nor the loss of packages
due to recipient’s negligence to pay required duties and taxes.
Q. Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
A. Unfortunately not. We only accept one shipping address per order.
Returns
Q. What is the Return Policy at MyShoetopia?
A. We are happy to accept returns of unworn merchandise that was ordered from our
stock.
The request must be within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.
You can make the request by email or
phone.
Shipping charges are not refundable and you will have to pay all new shipping charges for the new item.
Clearance
items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
Bespoke shoes cannot be returned
or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
